About the Firm

About Gemini Accounting

A Media, PA practice that takes the complicated filings and makes them make sense.

Our story

Why the firm exists

Most accounting runs on a one-year clock. The return goes out, the invoice follows, and the file goes quiet until next spring. By then the decisions that would have changed the number have already been made.

Saad Chaudhri started Gemini to work the other way around. He built a team rather than a one-desk shop, so your file is handled in-house by people who have actually read it. And the file stays open after April.

The standard the work is held to is simple. You should be able to explain your own situation back to us, in your own words, by the time we are done. If you cannot, we have not finished explaining it.

Today the firm serves business owners, executors, trustees and individuals across Delaware County and beyond: tax planning and preparation, estate and trust accounting, bookkeeping, and virtual CFO work.

Core principles

Three commitments behind every engagement

The three things clients say were missing at their last firm.

01

A team that knows your file

Your work is handled in-house by the same small team, so you are not explaining your situation from scratch every time something comes up.

02

Transparency

Clear scope and a clear price before work starts, and a plain-language explanation of what your numbers mean before you have to ask for one.

03

Year-round commitment

The relationship does not end when the return goes out. Your file is kept active so you can plan ahead rather than only look back.

Who handles your file

The team that does the work

The work is done by the team. Saad leads the practice and sets the standard for it. The specialists carry the engagements that need them, with expertise most local firms do not hold in-house.

Saad Chaudhri, CPA

Founder & Managing Partner

Saad is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania. He founded Gemini Accounting Services and leads its tax planning and advisory work. He takes a complicated situation and makes it simple. He shows you the reasoning rather than asking you to take his word for it. You should finish knowing what your numbers mean.

Kelly Tran

Senior Accountant

Kelly makes sure the work is accurate, compliant and delivered on time. She focuses on tax compliance, financial reporting, and the ongoing consultation that surfaces problems before they compound. She holds an MBA in financial valuation from Lynn University.

Abhay Gandhi, CPA

Manager · International Tax

Abhay spent his career at a national advisory firm advising large enterprises on cross-border tax. At Gemini he leads international tax engagements and strategic planning for owners with business activity in more than one country.

Faisal Riaz

Data & Analytics Advisory

Faisal brings over two decades of experience converting financial and operational data into decisions that hold up. He handles forecasting, performance measurement, and the analytics behind the planning.

How it works

What an engagement actually looks like

1. A conversation, not a pitch

You describe the situation. We ask enough questions to understand the shape of it and tell you which filings or services actually apply. If what you need is simpler than you feared, we will say so. If it is better handled elsewhere, we will say that too. There is no charge for this.

2. Scope and price, in writing, before anything starts

You get the scope, the fee and the timeline before work begins, not an hourly rate and a hope. If the scope changes because the situation turns out to be more complex than it looked, we tell you before we do the extra work, not on the invoice afterwards.

3. The work, done in-house

Your engagement is staffed with the people who fit it. Where it needs international tax, multi-entity reporting or analytics depth, that specialist is already on the team rather than someone you get referred out to.

4. The part most firms skip

When the return is filed, we tell you what it says about your position and what is worth doing before the next one. We stay reachable after the filing, not just before it.

The Gemini Accounting Services office in Media, Pennsylvania
Location

Based in Media, backed by a team across the U.S.

The office is on North Olive Street in Media, a few minutes from the Delaware County Courthouse. Many clients choose Gemini Accounting remotely, but you are always welcome to come in for a review or a planning session.

Enough hands to take on the larger engagements, small enough that your file does not get lost among them. That is why the specialist work stays in-house rather than being referred out to someone you have never met.
